Do you need to use my electricity or water?
There is no need to provide electricity or water — our luxury grooming vans are fully self-contained and powered by onboard generators. Each morning, we fill our vans with clean, fresh water, ensuring every appointment begins with the highest standard of hygiene and comfort. Heated water is available during colder temperatures, and all used water is collected in a separate holding tank to keep your property clean and undisturbed.
Cancellations and No-Shows
We follow the Loudoun County Public Schools closing announcements for inclement weather. Our team will continue operating as long as conditions remain safe. If you are unsure whether your appointment may be affected, please feel free to call us for confirmation.
No-Shows
A “no-show” occurs when a client is not present at the scheduled appointment time and no notice is provided to cancel or reschedule.
In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the scheduled grooming service cost to help offset lost time and revenue. We kindly ask that all clients notify us in advance whenever possible to avoid this charge.
